The Le Bistrot Pierre group have created an apprenticeship, training twenty candidates via Charnwood College in the Midlands.

The candidates are due to start the 9 month NVQ course which will cover all areas of catering and hospitality, team leading and cooking, enabling them to be in a good position to cover areas of the Le Bistrot Pierre business through learning on the job
